You may be wondering why it is that we just started blogging here in August 2007, but we’ve got video posts that go back way before that. The reason is that Living St. Louis has been a TV show on KETC/Channel 9 a lot longer than this blog has been around. In fact, we’ll be going into our fifth season starting in January 2008.
But there is nothing that tells the story of Living St. Louis better than our stories themselves, so we want to bring them to you here. Not just the new stories, but the entire catalog. We haven’t got it all uploaded yet, but we are working on it.
When we got to thinking about how to put all of this video up, it just made sense to post the videos in relation to when we either broadcast or rebroadcast them. That way we aren’t mixing up the new posts with the catalog of stories. We’ve tried hard to make sure you can find the video you are looking for by creating a video category with subcategories for stories by topic. We’ve also got categories for each producer so you can find their stories that way. Or if you are looking for something specific, just use the search box.
So in a sense you can almost always be sure that there is something new here, even if what’s “new” is “old,” or at least older than what’s new. Got it?

There have been so many times I’ve wanted to send your stories (or a link) to friends, but there’s no established way to do this quickly and easily on your site. Any chance that could be remedied?
